As a Full-Stack Technology Services, Talent Services, and real-world application leader, we empower progressive leaders to drive change and seize new opportunities. **Key Responsibilities:** As a Hybrid Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Interacting with internal departments, producers, and brokers to provide exceptional application support * Determining issues, offering possible solutions, and providing follow-up as needed * Handling inbound, outbound, and combination customer service calls with ease * Providing basic technical support to customers * Collaborating with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives * Making informed decisions, achieving the right results, and demonstrating a commitment to team and departmental goals * Working independently and in a team environment to complete assignments in a timely manner * Managing multiple priorities within strict time constraints * Maintaining accurate records and data entry skills **Essential Qualifications:** * Strong customer service skills, including oral and written communication * Some experience in a customer service environment (preferably in the insurance industry) * Knowledge of customer service principles and practices * Property and Casualty experience is a plus * Ability to work independently and in a team environment * Excellent collaboration and communication skills * Ability to make informed decisions and achieve the right results * Excellent data entry skills * Demonstrated knowledge of Outlook and Teams experience **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working in a call center environment * Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software * Familiarity with insurance industry terminology and regulations * Ability to work any shift between 8am and 6pm EST, Monday to Friday, based on business need **Work Environment and Company Culture:** At arenaflex, we prioritize a positive, inclusive work environment that fosters growth, innovation, and collaboration.
