**Key Responsibilities**
As an Industrial Engineering and Transportation Analyst, you'll be responsible for helping us navigate the complexities of transportation logistics. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Assisting the arenaflex Transportation Fleet with data analysis and reporting
* Consulting and communicating with managers to outline and prioritize business needs
* Integrating multiple data assets across various database platforms
* Building, creating, and maintaining multiple Excel spreadsheets
* Analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
* Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a transportation or logistics setting
* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including advanced features such as pivot tables and macros
* Experience with Microsoft Access, including database design and development
* Strong typing and 10-key skills, with the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and productivity
* A background in industrial engineering, transportation, or a related field
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
**Preferred Qualifications**
