**Job Summary:**
We're seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team of remote data entry professionals. As a key member of our arenaflex team, you will be responsible for providing specialized technical assistance to our clients, ensuring that their computer systems and equipment are running smoothly and efficiently. This is a full-time, remote position that offers a competitive daily rate of $260.
**Responsibilities:**
As an IT Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:
* Entering, updating, and verifying data accurately to ensure the integrity and security of our systems
* Providing technical assistance to clients via phone, email, or remote access, resolving issues related to computer hardware and software
* Investigating and troubleshooting technical issues, using various tools and resources to identify and resolve problems
* Conducting site visits to investigate issues and install or update equipment and software as needed
* Communicating with clients to confirm that issues have been resolved and to gather feedback
* Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and technical issues
* Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of technical support services
**Key Obligations:**
* Answer client care demands and determine the technical assistance issue (i.e., software or equipment related) and maintain trust in arenaflex
* Speak with clients by telephone to discuss distinguished issues or concerns and resolve the issues (e.g., equipment or software breakdown, client mistake, etc.)
* Explore distinguished issues by gathering clarification on some things, investigating web information destinations, and additionally inward site (i.e., project note pad) to recognize arrangements and work with goal
* Conducts site visits within the region to investigate issue as well as introduce or update equipment and programming on the off chance that help issue can't be somewhat settled
* Conducts circle back to clients to confirm issues were settled totally
* Finishes administration orders to stay away from functional defers in settling issues
**Capabilities:**
* Ability to communicate highly technical information to both technical and non-technical clients
* Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (client/server)
* Experience with Cisco VPN, Citrix, Apparition, Symantec, Remote Desktop Applications, Dynamic Catalog, and other Internet browsers (desired)
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 2+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a remote or IT environment
* Strong technical skills, including knowledge of computer hardware and software, networking, and operating systems
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with remote desktop applications and virtual private networks (VPNs)
* Knowledge of cloud-based services and software as a service (SaaS) platforms
* Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
