As our Lead Data Analyst, you will guide the team in its reporting plans and data strategy. You'll mentor analysts to build cutting-edge tooling and communicate effectively with our partners across the broader arenaflex ecosystem. The hiring range for this position in Santa Monica, CA is $136,100 to $182,400 per year, and in New York, NY is $142,600 to $191,100 per year. The base salary actually offered will consider internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
Additionally, you may be eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive units as part of the comprehensive compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, subject to the level and position advertised.
