arenaflex is seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Live Chat and Email Support Agents. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat and email channels. You will assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience. This is a remote position, offering flexibility while maintaining a high standard of service.
Previous experience in customer service, live chat, email support, or a related role is preferred. Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or technology-related industries is a plus. Fresh graduates or candidates with no prior experience but excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per business requirements. Full-time and part-time positions are available.
