As a Live Video Chat Support Specialist, you'll be working closely with our technical team to resolve technical issues, educate customers on product features, and provide exceptional customer service. **Key Responsibilities** As a Live Video Chat Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include: * Providing top-notch customer support via live video, guiding customers through technical troubleshooting processes * Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to our GPS-enabled dog collars with efficiency and precision * Educating customers on product features, functionality, and best practices to optimize their experience * Collaborating closely with our technical team to escalate and resolve complex issues when necessary * Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and technical solutions for future reference **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: * Minimum 6 months of technical support or troubleshooting experience required * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and concisely * Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a technical support capacity * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving customer needs * Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and software issues is a plus * Comfortable being on camera and providing live video support to customers * Must be able to type a minimum of 40 WPM * High School diploma or GED equivalent required **Essential Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential skills and competencies: * Strong technical knowledge of GPS-enabled dog collar technology and related hardware and software * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and live video support platforms **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: * Experience working with pet-related products or services * Familiarity with arenaflex's GPS-enabled dog collar product line * Certification in technical support or customer service * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
