As a Manager of Customer Insights on our Retail Media Network, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business growth, optimizing media investments, and elevating customer understanding. If you're a seasoned professional with a passion for data-driven storytelling, we want to hear from you. **Your Impact** As a Manager of Customer Insights, you'll engage directly with our clients to review their media investments, identify areas for optimization, and develop strategies to grow their business on arenaflex. You'll work closely with our sales and account management teams to formulate media plans, develop test and learn plans, and elevate our clients' understanding of the arenaflex customer. **What You Will Do** • **Create Annual Strategic Learning Plans**: Develop comprehensive plans to drive business growth and optimize media investments for our clients. • **Lead Quarterly Business Review Process**: Conduct regular reviews with our top clients to discuss performance, identify areas for improvement, and set goals for future growth. • **Serve as Subject Matter Expert**: Provide expert guidance on media performance reporting to internal partners, external clients, and agencies, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. • **Synthesize Disparate Data**: Combine data from multiple sources to provide strategic recommendations for future media investments, driving business growth and optimization. • **Deliver Data-Driven Insights**: Regularly present data stories to internal leadership and external vendor-partners, highlighting key findings and recommendations. • **Oversee Omnichannel Advertising Efforts**: Aggregate insights from various sources to support client-facing teams, ensuring a cohesive and effective advertising strategy. • **Partner with Product and Ad Tech Teams**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide input on reporting capabilities, ensuring alignment with client needs and feedback. • **Integrate Knowledge Across Teams**: Share insights and best practices with the Customer Insights & Analytics team, driving a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing. **Minimum Qualifications** • **Bachelor's Degree**: In Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, Information Sciences, or Applied Quantitative fields, or equivalent experience. • **5 Years of Experience**: In insights and analytics, with a focus on retail media or general media analytics. • **3-5 Years of Experience**: In analytical, decision-making, and project management, with a proven track record of success. • **Experience in Data Storytelling**: Ability to present data stories in a compelling and easy-to-understand way, using tools like Microsoft Office, Tableau, Power BI, or similar software. • **Experience with A/B Testing**: Proven ability to design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to drive business growth and optimization. **Preferred Skills/Education** • **Master's Degree**: In a related field, such as Market Research, Behavioral Psychology, or MBA, or equivalent experience. • **Leading Teams and Business Impact**: Proven experience in leading teams and driving business growth, with a focus on retail media or general media analytics. • **Experience Managing Global Teams**: Ability to manage and motivate global teams, with a focus on collaboration and knowledge-sharing. • **Experience Working in Retail**: Proven experience working in a retail environment, with a focus on customer insights and analytics. • **Analytic/Research Software**: Experience working with software like SPSS, Wincross, Sawtooth, SAS, Decipher, Qualtrics, or similar tools. **About arenaflex** arenaflex is a FORTUNE 100 home improvement company serving approximately 16 million customer transactions a week in the United States.
