**Experienced Member Services Representative – Payments and Digital Strategy**

With a focus on flexibility and growth, you'll be empowered to balance your personal and professional life while making a meaningful impact at arenaflex. **Why You'll Love This Role** As a Member Services Representative, you'll be an integral part of the Payments and Digital Strategy team at arenaflex Credit Union. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Completing daily tasks related to check processing, item processing, direct deposits, and wire transfers * Coordinating return items with contributors, vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions * Assisting other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and accounting standard ledger balancing * Working member cases/assignments * Following and maintaining guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines, as well as Federal Banking laws * Processing mortgage payments, multi-account and member deposits, credit card payments, and other checks, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff checks * Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products * Logging, reviewing, and making necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns * Processing Stop Pays and Check Batching * Completing daily balancing and department closing * Obtaining information from members for the timely and accurate processing of international and domestic wire transfer requests * Researching and verifying incoming and outgoing wire transfer information * Communicating with vendors to process wire transfers * Understanding and being familiar with outgoing and incoming wire transfer laws * Depositing check returns, reviewing member returned checks on draft changes, processing member checks, verifying members for outgoing wire transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing wire transfers * Completing daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees **What You'll Need for Success** To excel in this role, you'll need: * Minimum Qualifications: + High school degree or GED + Intermediate Excel and Word experience * Preferred Qualifications: + Previous customer/member service experience + Previous banking or Credit Union experience + Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience * Skills, Licenses & Certifications: + Skilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) through work experience with the software or education and hands-on use of the software + Ability to work prolonged hours in support of business needs + Ability to exercise excellent customer service skills + Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities, and function as an integral part of a team + Ability to perform mathematical calculations and review data + Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines under high volume pressure + Ability to cross-train and perform any position assigned within the department + Ability to interact professionally with all personnel and members + Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision + Ability to self-motivate with strong employer skills and ability for attention to detail + Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines + Ability to maintain excellent performance and attendance * Must pass relevant arenaflex and Credit Union pre-employment compliance exams **What You'll Get** As a valued member of the arenaflex team, you'll enjoy: * Travel Perks: Explore the world with your family and friends on over 6,800 daily flights across our global network. * Health Benefits: Access comprehensive health, dental, prescription, and vision benefits on day one, plus digital health visits, flexible spending accounts, and more. * Wellness Programs: Stay healthy and motivated with our wellness programs, offering the right tools, resources, and support to help you thrive. * 401(k) Program: Available upon hire, with company contributions to your 401(k) plan after one year. * Additional Benefits: Enjoy our Employee Assistance Program, pet insurance, and discounts on hotels, cars, cruises, and more. **Join the arenaflex Family** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a dynamic and inclusive work environment that celebrates diversity and promotes growth.
