Job Overview
We are seeking experienced or entry-level pharmacy technicians to join our team on a remote basis. This is an excellent opportunity for both certified and non-certified individuals to start or advance their careers in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a pharmacy technician with C4 Technical Services, you will play a critical role in supporting patients and doctors with medication and prior authorization requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with medication and prior authorization requests in a fast-paced remote environment
- Work with dual monitors using multiple applications at one time to efficiently complete tasks
- Demonstrate strong office work skills, including time management, following verbal instructions, and basic computer functions such as copy/paste
- Navigate Microsoft TEAMS, including channels, chats, and locating files
- Screen share and stop screen sharing as needed
- Download documents and understand how to open desktop applications
- Work a variety of schedules, including one weekend day and some evenings, as assigned
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be certified nationally or in the state you currently reside in (for certified pharmacy technicians)
- Possess strong office work skills, including time management and basic computer functions
- Have a strong reading comprehension and be able to understand verbal instructions
- Be able to work with dual monitors using multiple applications at one time
- Be available to work a variety of schedules, including one weekend day and some evenings
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly preferred:
- Previous experience as a pharmacy technician, either in a traditional pharmacy setting or in a remote capacity
- Familiarity with Microsoft TEAMS and other collaboration tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
