**Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Outbound Call Center Agent – Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Handling typing and data entry tasks efficiently
* Making outbound calls related to various programs and projects
* Upselling products and services as needed
* Scheduling appointments in a business-to-customer context
* Staying informed about campaign products, services, and promotions
* Documenting interactions carefully and maintaining professionalism
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
