**Job Summary**
As an Outbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our high and moderate priority members. You'll be responsible for making outbound calls to our clients, working in a high-volume call center environment, and providing top-notch customer service to ensure our clients' needs are met. **Responsibilities**
As an Outbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* Making outbound calls to our high and moderate priority members who might qualify for case management
* Handling 60+ calls per day, with work handed out through Excel
* Managing 30 new members per day, with a goal of making 3 outreach attempts and different times and days within our Target Average Time (TAT)
* Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed
* Collaborating with our team to achieve our goals and objectives
* Staying up-to-date with our clients' needs and preferences to ensure we're delivering tailored solutions
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications
* Strong typing skills and ability to multitask
* Experience with CRM and ERP systems (desirable)
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
* Experience in the healthcare industry
