**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Overnight Customer Service Representative to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for processing orders, answering phone calls and emails, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. **Responsibilities**
As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering phone calls and emails from customers and sales reps, processing their orders, and providing exceptional customer service
* Processing orders via voice message and email, and ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment
* Entering data and processing orders with speed and accuracy, using Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and Word
* Providing efficient and effective communication with customers and team members
* Working with other members of the customer service team to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction
* Maintaining a high level of attention to detail, and ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of the job
* Working a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Strong computer, phone, organization, and customer service skills
* A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and Word
* Excellent attention to detail, and the ability to process orders with speed and accuracy
* Efficient communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Ability to begin work between 6pm-8pm

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field
