**Job Summary:**
We're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team on an overnight shift. As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing department inbox. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Answer inbound calls, troubleshoot technical issues, and manage department inbox
* Utilize strong interpersonal communication, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with ticketing systems to deliver outstanding customer experiences
* Work independently and as part of a team, handling multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Be available to work overnight shifts, including Tuesday to Friday 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM CST and Saturday to Tuesday 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM CST
**Requirements:**
* An Associate's degree or 2 years of experience in customer support or client relations
* Ability to work an occasional flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and additional hours during peak times
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, along with strong presentation skills
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and professional manner
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to propose iterative solutions clearly and concisely
**Essential Skills and Competencies:**
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer support software
* Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and priorities

* Experience working in a customer support or client relations role
* Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
* Certification in customer support or a related field
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
