**Essential Qualifications**
* 4-year degree in a related field, such as packaging, business, or engineering
* 4+ years of experience in packaging, including experience with packaging design, development, and implementation
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for packaging innovation and cost savings
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
* Experience with packaging software and systems, including packaging design and simulation tools
* Strong knowledge of packaging regulations and industry standards, including FDA, EPA, and ISO requirements
