**Responsibilities**
As a Part-time Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments.
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the ever-evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
* Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review.
* Utilizing your strong written and verbal communication skills to provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* Working collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals, adapting to change and enjoying a quick-paced work environment.
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus).
* The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred.
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to new technology.
* A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* The ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment, with gaming experience a plus.
**Requirements**
To apply for this role, you'll need to:
* Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday-Saturday, between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST.
* Work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training.
* Meet the typing speed requirement of at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred.
* Possess a positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Be able to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment.
* Have gaming experience (although not required, it's a plus).
