**Job Description**
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing information, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat
* Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint
* Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
* Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
* Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
**Requirements:**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent communication skills
* Basic computer literacy
* Ability to work less than 4 hours a day
* Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory
