As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for accurately processing insurance claims and authorization requests, ensuring timely and efficient turnaround times for our clients. This is a remote opportunity, and you will have the flexibility to work from home with a 34-hour workweek. **Key Responsibilities** * Accurately enter data from insurance claims and/or authorization requests submitted by healthcare providers * Enter data from insurance claims and/or authorization requests expediently and efficiently to meet client turnaround times * Navigate efficiently and effectively through the imaging software to retrieve claims and authorizations for data entry * Differentiate between different claim types and follow the appropriate data entry guidelines * Accurately identify specific document types that require special handling * Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that work is completed in accordance with designated turnaround times * Support additional workflows as needed due to internal or external requirements * Perform quality review of other team members' claims/authorizations according to established data entry guidelines * Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing additional responsibilities as needed * Alert management of potential issues upon identification of discrepancies * Provide recommendations on process improvements to increase efficiencies as appropriate **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent * 6 months or more years of experience in data entry or typing-focused role * Strong data entry/typing skills * Excellent attention to detail * High degree of accuracy **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a healthcare-related field * Knowledge of insurance claims processing and authorization requests * Familiarity with imaging software and data entry systems * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills **Skills and Competencies** * Strong data entry/typing skills (8,200 KSPH with a 98% accuracy rate required) * Excellent attention to detail and high degree of accuracy * Ability to navigate efficiently and effectively through imaging software * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment that encourages employee growth and development.
