We are committed to creating a safe and supportive environment that fosters healing, growth, and recovery. **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Part-Time Data Entry Clerk / Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our administrative support team, you will provide critical support to our staff, including data entry, financial management, and administrative tasks. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still being an integral part of our team. **Key Responsibilities** As a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk / Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: * **Data Entry and Financial Management**: Use spreadsheets or databases to organize information and produce standard reports; prepare a variety of complex disbursement forms (e.g., check requests, travel forms, cash sheets, and journal entries) for routing and approval; compile and maintain reports and financial statements; reconcile ledgers; gather data for use by others in preparing budget; prepare a wide variety of accounting forms; reconcile daily receipts or accounts receivable/payable; identify discrepancies and make corrections; collect required documents; prepare expense vouchers and/or invoices. * **Administrative Support**: Greet visitors; maintain and administer appropriate safety procedures in secured environments; set up accounts; train new employees; provide and explain relevant policies and procedures; compose routine correspondence on behalf of management; schedule and cancel appointments; maintain calendars; schedule rooms for classes, meetings, and conferences; coordinate audio visual and training equipment; type complex documents of a technical nature; proofread for spelling and grammar; use multiple software applications to prepare information. * **Payroll Processing**: Verify timesheets; research and provide resolution to payroll discrepancies; complete and verify data entry; distribute paychecks; provide information and answer questions from staff regarding payroll issues; maintain attendance and leave tracking records; act as department/agency/functional resource in data management systems, and provide training to new users; coordinate Family and Medical Leave according to policies, procedures, and guidelines. **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent * Two years of administrative support experience * Associate's Degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred) * Experience can substitute for education; education can substitute for experience **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a healthcare or social services setting * Knowledge of financial management and accounting principles * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Experience with data entry and financial management software * Strong communication and interpersonal skills **Skills and Competencies** * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Experience with data entry and financial management software * Strong attention to detail and accuracy **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
