As an Evening Remote Chat Support Agent, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch customer service to our users via live chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing timely and accurate support to customers via live chat during evening hours

* Utilizing templates and saved replies to respond quickly and consistently to customer inquiries
* Tagging each conversation for internal tracking and analytics
* Escalating complex issues to Tier 2 support when necessary
* Maintaining a professional, calm, and helpful tone throughout your shift

**Pay & Schedule Breakdown**

* Work as few as 3 evenings/week
