**Responsibilities**
As a part-time Live Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our clients' products and services
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
* Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary)
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills
* Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience a plus
* Positive and professional demeanor
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment
**Requirements**
* Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin
* Own a computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone
* Be available to work five days a week, including a Saturday or Sunday, after completing six weeks of paid, part-time remote training via Zoom
* Start on 9/30/24 and attend training sessions between 4:00pm-8:00pm CST, Monday-Friday
