As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, answering their questions, and resolving their concerns in a professional and courteous manner. If you're a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner * Presenting and answering questions about our services and products to customers, using effective soft-selling and interpersonal communication skills to grow the arenaflex brand * Building relationships with clients, customers, and co-workers, and providing value to your performance-driven team * Balancing multiple tasks and changing priorities with high attention to detail, and maintaining a high level of confidence, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude * Using customer service skills to present and answer questions about services and products to customers, and having fun while providing value to your performance-driven team **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Prior experience in a call center environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, customers, and co-workers * Strong typing skills and ability to work with multiple computer applications * High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) * Ability to commit to 3 weeks of full-time paid training, and work a flexible schedule, including ONE weekend day * Availability on Saturdays and holidays, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable: * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong understanding of remote work tools and technologies * Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or a strong willingness to learn and develop your knowledge * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, customers, and co-workers * Strong typing skills and ability to work with multiple computer applications * High level of confidence, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude * Ability to balance multiple tasks and changing priorities with high attention to detail * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions * Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or a strong willingness to learn and develop your knowledge **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
