Job Summary
We are looking for a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk to work 30 hours per week, with two shifts available: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM. As a Data Entry Clerk at Blithequark, you will be responsible for entering data from various sources into our computer databases or software systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Enter data from various sources, such as paper documents, forms, spreadsheets, or digital records, into computer databases or software systems.
- Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the data entered by verifying and correcting any errors or inconsistencies.
- Data Verification: Review and validate data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards and guidelines.
- Data Maintenance: Update and maintain existing databases by adding, editing, or deleting records as necessary.
- Quality Control: Perform quality checks to ensure data integrity and consistency across databases.
- Data Security: Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information while handling data.
- Reporting: Generate reports or summaries from databases as requested by management or team members.
- Efficiency: Work efficiently to meet data entry deadlines and targets, especially in high-volume data entry positions.
