- Systematically categorize and tag candidate information to ensure easy retrieval and searchability
- Perform regular reviews of the database to identify and resolve any inconsistencies or outdated information
- Implement best practices for CV storage and organization to optimize workflow efficiency
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand evolving data requirements and adjust processes accordingly
Data Entry & Information Processing
- Accurately enter relevant information from CVs into our tracking systems, ensuring precision and completeness
- Extract and standardize key candidate details including contact information, work history, education, skills, and certifications
- Verify data integrity by cross-referencing information across multiple sources
- Maintain strict adherence to data entry protocols and quality standards
- Process high volumes of data while maintaining consistent accuracy levels
Communication & Collaboration
- Liaise professionally with team members and candidates to gather additional details or clarify information when needed
- Respond promptly to internal requests for candidate information or documentation
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure they have access to relevant candidate data
