**Experienced Pharmacy Customer Service Associate – Remote Data Entry Position at arenaflex**

Our team of dedicated professionals is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our customers, and we invite you to join us on this journey. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provides exceptional customer service by greeting clients, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Registers sales on assigned sales register, collects cash, and distributes change as needed; processes voids, returns, delays, discounts, and exchanges as necessary * Maintains accurate records, including patient and medication data, and ensures data is entered correctly * Performs tasks as assigned by the Pharmacy Director, Staff Pharmacist, and Senior Supervisor, including using pharmacy systems to enter patient and medication data, filling prescriptions, and checking for potential interactions * Reports prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty and adheres to organization policies and procedures regarding pharmacy errors and the Quality Improvement Program * Handles calls that do not require individual attention from the pharmacist, including those to doctors * Processes (revises and resubmits) manual claims for third-party program prescription services in a timely and efficient manner, and performs other administrative tasks as assigned by the Pharmacy Director * Assists and supports the Pharmacy Division on stock management activities, including ordering, unloading, checking, and storing shipments of medications * Maintains knowledge of organization resource security methods and records claims for distribution center overages (stock received, but not charged), deficiencies (stock charged, but not received), order errors, or damaged products, including Rx medications * Ensures compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled substances (e.g., cocktails and tobacco products) * Builds and maintains displays, including promotional, seasonal, and special designs, and completes resets and corrections as directed * Assists with the division of food items (e.g., raw foods from pre-cooked) and product placement as determined by strategies/methods (e.g., raw and frozen meats on bottom shelves) * Has working knowledge of store systems and store equipment * Provides customer support in the photo area, including digital identification photo service, banner print, and creative machine, and sells special photo items * Takes on web pick-up responsibilities (screens orders in Picture Care, handles requests, and delivers requests to customers as they arrive at the store) * Assists with outside and inside maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, and well-organized store environment and appearance * Adheres to all organization policies and procedures;
