**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including registering sales, collecting cash, and dispensing change
* Maintain accurate records, including patient and medication information, and ensure that all data is up-to-date and secure
* Assist pharmacists with tasks, such as entering patient and medication data, filling prescriptions, and checking for potential interactions
* Perform administrative tasks, including processing manual cases for external program remedy services and maintaining accurate records
* Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and protocols
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., pharmacy, healthcare, business)
* 1+ year of experience in a retail or healthcare environment, preferably in a pharmacy setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, customers, and colleagues
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain accurate records and process transactions efficiently
* Proficiency in data entry and computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other relevant software
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* 6+ months of experience in a retail or healthcare environment, preferably in a pharmacy setting
* Previous experience with arenaflex or a similar company
* Strong numerical skills, with the ability to count, measure, and weigh prescriptions accurately
* Familiarity with store stock control and inventory management systems
* PTCB certification or willingness to obtain certification through the assigned PTCB training program
