As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll be a key contributor to our team, working in a collaborative and engaging environment to resolve complex consumer issues and respond to customer concerns.
**Responsibilities**
As a Pre-Licensed Representative, your responsibilities will include:
* **Resolve Complex Consumer Issues**: Use excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve high-level consumer issues and advise first-level representatives on complex issues
* **Assist Policy Holders**: Provide support to policy holders with billing questions and concerns, as well as policy changes requested
* **Support Policy Holder Needs**: Offer recommendations and adjust as necessary to meet policy holder needs
**Qualifications**
We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* **6 Months Customer Service Experience**: Minimum 6 months of customer service experience, with a strong focus on resolving complex issues
* **Age**: Be at least 18 years old
* **Typing Speed**: Ability to type 25 wpm
* **Education**: High School Graduate or GED
* **Computer Skills**: Comfort with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
* **Communication Skills**: Proven oral and written communication skills
* **Problem-Solving Skills**: Logical problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* **Availability**: Availability to work various shifts
* **Internet Connection**: Meet our internet connection requirements, including a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and upload rate of 3.0 Mbps
**Work from Home Requirements**
To work from home, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
* **Internet Connection**: Meet our internet connection requirements, including a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and upload rate of 3.0 Mbps
