- 3+ years of people management experience, with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
Preferred Qualifications

- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or business administration.
- 5+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development, with a focus on cloud technology and sustainability.

- Experience with Kubernetes and other cloud-based technologies.
- Knowledge of cloud service fabric, including hardware and software components.
- Knowledge of data science and AI, and how these technologies can be applied to drive innovation and improvement in cloud services.
