About Our Team and the Role
Our Interoperability and Clinical Data Repository (CDR) team is at the forefront of empowering the healthcare enterprise of the future. We're consolidating redundant infrastructure, enabling real-time and intelligent healthcare experiences, and meeting our customers where they are on their clinical data products journey. As a Product Manager on the CDR Intake & Consumer Experience Team, you'll play a pivotal role in understanding our stakeholders' clinical data needs and matching them with our suite of software and services. Your customer-obsessed approach, collaborative working style, and delivery-oriented mindset will be instrumental in driving the success of our CDR products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal customers from our Aetna, CVS, and PCW business units to understand their clinical data needs and match them with the CDR's services and software.
- Document high-level requirements for "net-new" customer asks and present findings to CDR delivery workstreams and Data Engineering counterparts for roadmap consideration.
- Work with other Product Owners and Data Engineers to build estimates for customers and obtain funding to support building their features and functions into the CDR.
- Partner with Enterprise Legal & Privacy teams to ensure that egress of data from the CDR conforms to internal and external obligations around the sharing of clinical data.
- Obtain CDR-specific feedback from our customers using NPS surveys, 1:1 interviews, and other conversational mediums to continually improve our services and software.
- Develop sales and marketing materials, white papers, and customer-facing documentation to help our customers better understand our products and services.
- Gather, monitor, and improve key performance indicators tied to the CDR Intake & Consumer Experience practice.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, preferably in a healthcare or clinical data setting.
- 3+ years of Agile experience, with a strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
- 3+ years of experience working with Clinical Data or Healthcare Data, or in a Healthcare Vertical.
- 2+ years of experience with Business Analysis or related concepts, with a proven track record of analyzing business needs and developing solutions.
- 2+ years of experience working in Account Management or customer-facing roles, with a strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's Degree in a Healthcare-related field (e.g., MPH, MPA, MIS) preferred.

- A "customer-obsessed" attitude, with timely follow-up, paired success, and long-term relationship building.
- A high-level understanding of healthcare privacy concepts and data safeguards, including HIPAA, TP&O, and "Minimum Necessary."
- A good understanding of current and upcoming Interoperability regulations, such as CMS 9115 and 9123.
- A good understanding of healthcare coding concepts and data, including FHIR, ADTs, and CCDs.
- An entry-level understanding of Consumer Experience-related concepts, such as NPS and customer feedback loops.

Compensation and Benefits
The typical pay range for this role is $83,430 - $222,480, depending on factors such as experience, education, and geography. In addition to your base salary, you'll be eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
