- Support system/health plan integration efforts and participate in training existing staff and new hires.

Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you must possess a strong foundation in healthcare operations, with at least 1+ years of managed care experience and/or medical office experience in coding or credentialing. A High School Diploma or equivalent GED is required. Additionally, you should demonstrate:

- Meticulous attention to detail, with a focus on precision and timeliness in data entry and maintenance.

- Understanding and compliance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations.
- The ability to establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships with coworkers, clients, members, providers, and customers.
