As a Ramp Agent, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering outstanding results and exceeding customer expectations. **Key Responsibilities** As a Ramp Agent, your primary responsibilities will include: * Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, while ensuring timely connections by guiding incoming and departing aircraft from the gate positions. * Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions. * Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion. * Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure accurate routing of baggage to the customer's destination. * Maintaining a safe and secure working environment, adhering to all operational procedures and protocols. **Work Environment and Schedule** As a Ramp Agent, you will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires flexibility and adaptability. Shifts will range from early morning to overnight, with varying schedules based on operational needs.
