* Conducting web-based research (e.g., Google searches) as needed
* Inputting and maintaining data accurately using Microsoft Word, OpenOffice, or Google Docs
* Handling customer bill processing as assigned
* Collecting and recycling outdated publications; distributing new publications when applicable
* Proactively identifying and resolving problems in a timely manner
* Communicating clearly and effectively in writing and verbally
* Organizing, sorting, assembling, and maintaining files
* Developing strategies to support organizational goals and adapt to changing conditions
* Presenting information effectively to various audiences
* Drafting reports, proposals, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
**Qualifications**

* Associate's Degree (AA) in a related field or 3-5 years of relevant customer service/business experience
