Key Responsibilities
- Deleting messages made by users that violate the rules of the Discord server, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all members.
- Banning users who have multiple and repeat violations of the rules, maintaining the integrity of the community.
- Muting users who have violated the rules, providing an opportunity for reflection and growth.
- Investigating reports made by users about violations of the rules, taking prompt and fair action to resolve issues.
- Collaborating with other moderators and team members to ensure consistency and fairness in moderation practices.
- Staying up-to-date with community guidelines, rules, and best practices, continuously improving moderation skills and knowledge.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or older, with a High School Diploma or GED.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and groups.
- Be highly organized, with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
