You'll work closely with our technical and service teams to analyze customer needs, escalate complex issues, and ensure seamless resolution. If you're a team player with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities:** * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, SMS, and chat to provide problem resolution in accordance with arenaflex's service standards * Analyze customer service needs and communicate with service and technical departments to resolve issues * Maintain detailed and current knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, as well as those of assigned clients * Enter required data into client-provided systems and databases * Escalate or refer unresolved customer grievances and requests to more experienced Customer Service Representatives or designated departments * Build base knowledge and familiarization of products, policies, and procedures for a limited number of clients * Adhere to established documentation and processes, utilizing basic user-friendly Graphic User Interface (GUI) screens for client systems * Work hours as assigned, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs **Essential Qualifications:** * High School Diploma or Equivalent * 6 months minimum call center experience, either remote or onsite * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Proficiency in computerized data entry systems and relevant applications **Desired Skills and Capabilities:** * Acquires and applies job skills and learns arenaflex policies and procedures to complete assigned routine tasks * Works on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature, requiring limited decision-making outside of stated processes * Recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice and has little or no role in decision-making * Normally receives detailed instructions and follows established procedures on all work, requiring instructions on all assignments * Works under close supervision **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their skills.
