Our team is passionate about making a difference, and we're excited to welcome like-minded individuals who share our vision. **Key Responsibilities** As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Delivering exceptional customer service experiences through phone, email, and online chat * Answering customer calls and responding to online chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner * Resetting passwords and assisting with creating accounts * Uploading documents and verifying customer information * Helping customers manage their accounts and resolving issues in a prompt and courteous manner * Engaging with customers over the phone and online, providing solutions and support to meet their needs * Verifying eligibility for coverages and reviewing healthcare options * Displaying flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing project and program updates * Demonstrating corporate values and adhering to regulated guidelines for communications * Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies * Inputting customer information into a database and performing various administrative duties as assigned **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Proficiency in using technology and software applications * High level of food service/retail background required, with recent work history and no large gaps in tenure * Ability to provide own computer/laptop with working camera for the first 3 weeks of training * High-speed reliable internet (35mbps download speed or better) * Ability to troubleshoot issues with equipment while working from home * Bilingual in Spanish (pay rate: $15.50/hr) **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail/food service environment * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology applications * Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new processes and procedures **Training and Development** As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will undergo extensive training and development to ensure your success in this role.
