As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer service tickets for our clients across various e-commerce platforms. Your primary goal will be to provide timely and high-quality support to our clients, ensuring that their customers receive the best possible experience. * Handling customer service tickets across various e-commerce platforms, including Kustomer, Gorgias, and Zendesk
* Providing excellent customer service over the phone, email, Instagram, live chat, and other channels
* Working with clients to resolve issues and answer questions in a timely and professional manner
* Performing basic administrative tasks as required by clients
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting metrics to clients as needed
* Collaborating with the HelpBulb team to ensure seamless communication and support
