As a Food Administration Group Pioneer, you'll play a critical role in driving business results, leading a team of hourly colleagues, and delivering exceptional customer service.
**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Remote Customer Service Representative to join our Food Administration Group as a Food Administration Group Pioneer. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading a group of hourly colleagues, driving business results, and delivering exceptional customer service. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Food Administration Group Pioneer, your common day will likely include the following responsibilities:
* Determine sales objectives, plan, and execute daily/weekly responsibilities to meet store and district sales objectives and customer engagement.
* Work a schedule that adjusts to customer and business needs (this includes early morning, evening, overnight moves, and weekends).
* Model customer service principles; delivering a new and full area during every opening hour, creating specialists who share product information with customers.
* Show a service culture that focuses on the customer experience. Model, train, and mentor expectations to deliver the service standard.
* Conduct Food Administration back of house, production areas, dining spaces, and marketing spaces to ensure sanitation and proper stock levels.
* Walk Food Administration guidelines and Food Administration schedules daily to evaluate needs and survey answering to identify business gaps for follow-up.
* Ensure proper execution on all food handling norms and cleaning schedules.
* Approve and circle back to specialists' advancement against department agendas and schedules.
* Lead your team to maintain and keep up with all Starbucks and Pizza Hut Brand Norms and production details (where applicable).
* Cultivate a productive relationship with your Starbucks DM (if applicable), attend expected in-store planning and meetings, and circle back to key takeaways from their time in your store.
* Ensure proper execution on all food handling guidelines and cleaning schedules.
* Ensure accurate in-stocks by placing store-initiated orders according to best practices.
* Follow proper temporary stock administration strategies to ensure an accurate recording of stock.
* Coordinate production quantity choices with perfect timing to ensure freshness, in-stocks, sales, and profit are achieved daily, consistently.
* Expect and empower specialists to stay up-to-date on significant trends and products.
* Assess and suggest candidates for open positions and foster a customer-driven team.
* Lead team onboarding and acquiring and close knowledge and skill gaps through training and experiences.
* Establish clear objectives and expectations and hold colleagues accountable to expectations.
* Complete all Starbucks or Pizza Hut training requirements and certifications.
* Exhibit a culture of moral integrity, health, and compliance; Lead team to work similarly and hold others accountable to this responsibility.
* Lead and create a safety support culture by understanding what safety means for your job and that of your team, identifying and revising hazards, and holding team accountable to working in a safe way to help themselves as well as others.
* Show a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, demonstrating inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.
* If applicable, as a key transporter, follow all completely safe training and cycles.
* Address store needs (crisis, administrative visits, etc.).
* Access all areas of the building to answer customer or colleague issues.
* Support customer services, such as backup clerk, order pickup (OPU), and Drive-up (DU), and maintain a compliance culture while executing those responsibilities, like compliance with government, state, and local adult beverage regulations.
* Any other responsibilities based on business needs.

**Essential Qualifications**

* Decipher instructions, reports, and data
* Precisely handle sales register operations
* Move all over ladders
* Sweep, handle, and move stock effectively and safely, including frequently lifting or moving product up to 40 pounds
* Adaptable schedule for work (e.g., evenings, weekends, and holidays) and regular attendance necessary
* Handle and move stock in coolers and freezers up to 40 pounds
* Ability to work in areas where common allergens may be handled or present
