About This Role: Make a Difference Every Day

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in representing our company and our clients through professional, empathetic, and efficient communications. You will work across multiple programs including survey work, customer inquiries, database entry, and market research initiatives. Working as part of our operations team, you will contribute directly to our department's ability to consistently meet and exceed Contact Center performance goals. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with consistent Monday through Friday scheduling, giving you reliable hours and excellent work-life balance.
