Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to serve our members and providers in Baytown, TX, and surrounding areas. This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $30-40 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. The role involves engaging, consulting, and educating members and providers based on their unique needs and preferences, with inquiries ranging from basic questions to complex issues requiring specialized knowledge and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
