As a remote customer service representative, you'll be part of a dynamic team that values innovation, empathy, and customer-centricity. **Responsibilities** As a remote customer service representative, you'll be responsible for: * Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner, ensuring seamless communication with customers * Identifying customer needs, clarifying information, researching every issue, and providing solutions and/or alternatives to meet their needs * Assisting customers with supply reorders, tracking supply shipments, reporting their INR values, troubleshooting INR devices, and providing patient support * Meeting personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in customer service * Maintaining excellent customer service as our core values, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and empathy * Following all regulatory policies and procedures, including HIPAA requirements, to ensure the confidentiality and security of customer data **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Previous experience working from home and/or in a call center, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices * Excellent phone and verbal communication skills, with active listening and empathy * Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively, ensuring seamless call handling and resolution * Excellent attendance track record, with a commitment to punctuality and reliability * High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and customer service **Technical Requirements** As a remote customer service representative, you'll need to meet the following technical requirements: * Provide your own computer hardware, software, and home internet in a quiet and private environment * Ensure a stable and secure internet connection, with a minimum of 10+ Mbps bandwidth and <100ms latency to Florida * Use a wired Ethernet connection to the internet service provider modem, with a download speed of 200+ Mbps and upload speed of 20+ Mbps * Utilize a dual-monitor setup, with one monitor being at least 19" or larger * Meet the minimum system requirements, including: + Processor speed: 1.5-2+ GHz + Main memory: 2-4+ GB + Free disk space: 572 MB + Keyboard: Full-size USB or wireless + Pointer: USB or wireless mouse + Audio: USB headset + Webcam: USB webcam, wireless webcam, or laptop camera + OS version: Win10 or 11 (Chrome OS is not supported) + OS update: automatic + Antivirus: Updated, always in scan mode + Browsers supported: Internet Explorer, Chrome, Safari, Firefox **Benefits** As a remote customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including: * 401(k) plan with matching contributions * Dental insurance * Health insurance * On-the-job training and professional development opportunities * Paid time off * Referral program * Vision insurance * Work-from-home flexibility **Career Growth Opportunities** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
