- Engage directly with customers who contact careerzynith for a wide variety of topics, ranging from helping them shop for a new pet, locating the perfect chew toy, or troubleshooting issues when something does not go as planned.
- Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers, thinking proactively and setting follow-ups as needed to ensure complete contact resolution.
- Operate with understanding, utilizing active listening, patience, empathy, and kindness when interacting with customers and team members alike.
