- Documentation & Accuracy: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. Your thorough documentation will help improve our processes and ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments—including sales, technical support, and engineering—to address escalated issues and provide comprehensive, holistic solutions.
