With over 5 million surveys received from clients each year across the consumer, business, and service provider area, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for handling the end-to-end Voice of the Customer technique, which includes the design and programming of customer experience surveys translated in over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be part of a team that is dedicated to transforming and innovating the end-to-end Voice of the Customer method. This includes supporting the development and maintenance of the new Voice of the Customer technique sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the survey and dashboard platform hosted by Qualtrics, our survey vendor. The ideal candidate will work closely with product and process owners, subject matter specialists from Qualtrics, and the Agile team in Technology to drive this transformation forward.

Key Responsibilities

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have hands-on development experience on Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, shell scripting languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven projects for a span of no less than 3+ years. This should involve active collaboration with dating managers/product owners for understanding the functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables. Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to the business groups, is also essential.
