* Managing the business's lobby area, greeting and directing visitors, merchants, clients, work applicants, and consumers, and seating them to their appointed offices and conference rooms.
* Alerting staff members of their arrival/appointment and handling overflow work from teams, including word-processing, data entry, and Internet research jobs.
* Performing general office roles, such as submitting, data access, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and task work.
* Responsible for checking stock products.
