**Key Responsibilities**
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately entering and updating patient OASIS information into the Epic EMR system, ensuring the integrity and completeness of the data. Your key responsibilities will include:
* **Data Entry and Maintenance**
+ Accurately enter patient demographics, OASIS recommendations, and other relevant information into the Epic EMR system.
+ Update and maintain client turnaround time
+ Ensure data accuracy and completeness
* **Epic EMR Utilization**

+ Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Epic EMR data entry.
+ Collaborate with IT support for system-related concerns.

+ Identify and correct discrepancies or errors in OASIS reviews versus OASIS entries.

* **Adherence to Policies and Procedures**
+ Follow established protocols and procedures for data entry and record maintenance.
+ Stay updated on changes and updates to Epic EMR functionalities and incorporate them into daily tasks.
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* **Proven Experience**: Proven experience in data entry, preferably in a healthcare or home health setting.
