**Job Description**
As a REMOTE Inbound Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for answering customer inquiries and resolving issues related to our clients' services and products. You will work independently, using your own computer and headset, to provide high-quality support to our clients' customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
