**The Role**
As a Remote Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for providing a variety of customer support-related duties for arenaflex and our clients. This includes:

* Evaluating customer interactions and elevating issues to the Live Chat Manager when appropriate
* Creating relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
* Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
* Promoting interest in client products and services

* Providing administrative support
