**Key Responsibilities:**
* Answer incoming phone calls within the first 2 rings and provide exceptional customer service
* Act as a liaison between customers and the company, resolving complaints, orders, errors, and other queries
* Utilize computer technology to best assist customers and prepare weekly and monthly reports as assigned
* Follow up with customers who leave reviews and coordinate manager responses to complaints
* Assist Account Managers as assigned and communicate well with other team members
* Assist with other office duties as needed
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or office setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in a sales or customer service role in the office products industry
* Knowledge of office software and technology
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
