**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Senior Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for extracting and analyzing data from various sources, creating insightful reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Senior Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
### Information Extraction
* Recognize and extract information from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and other data systems
* Compile and analyze data into comprehensive reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity
* Identify trends and patterns in data, and provide insights to inform business decisions
### Information Perception and Revealing
* Create visually appealing and informative dashboards and reports that effectively communicate key findings to stakeholders
* Ensure precision and clarity in data presentation, empowering informed decision making at all levels of the organization
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies
### Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, Sales, and IT, to streamline data collection, storage, and analysis processes
* Provide expertise and guidance on data-related projects and initiatives
* Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing across the organization
### Information Quality Assurance and Integrity
* Execute thorough quality assurance processes to maintain the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of data used for reporting and analysis
* Identify potential errors and recommend corrective actions to mitigate them
* Ensure compliance with data governance policies and procedures
**Essential Qualifications**
* 4+ years of experience in SQL with large datasets or comparable platforms
* 4+ years of experience in data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms
* 4+ years of experience in leading data analysis and reporting projects
* 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Understanding and experience working with digital media tech stack
* Familiarity with DMPs/DSPs/SSPs/Google Cloud Platform/Adobe Marketing Cloud
* Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team and across functions
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
