**Job Summary**
As a Senior Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with members, providers, and clients to resolve their healthcare-related inquiries and concerns. You'll engage, consult, and educate members on their unique needs, preferences, and understanding of healthcare plans, tools, and resources. **Key Responsibilities**
* Answer incoming phone calls from members, providers, and clients regarding benefits and eligibility, billing and payments, authorizations for treatment, explanation of benefits, and other healthcare-related inquiries.
* Create written correspondence if issues are not resolved during the call.
* Route inquiries needing further investigation to the appropriate department and conduct routine case checks as needed.
* Work on two computer monitors using multiple applications to process prior authorizations for our members.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service experiences.
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* 2 years of Customer Service experience in a Call Center environment.
* 1 year of prior Microsoft Office experience.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 3+ years of Customer Service experience in a healthcare-related field.
* Experience working with healthcare plans, tools, and resources.
