About the Role and Team

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will report to the Sales Director - Resort Sales and will be responsible for promoting our resort's unique meetings experience to clients from around the world. Our 4:1 hybrid schedule allows for high-value communication between multiple cross-functional partners, ensuring that you are always connected and informed.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in sales, hospitality, and customer service, with a minimum of five years of experience in Resort/Group/Convention Hotel Sales, National Sales, Global Sales, or Catering Sales. At least three years of experience at a Senior level is required, with a proven track record of driving sales growth, expanding client relationships, and leading cross-functional teams.
